Katoomba Irish Cream

A little ‘adults only’ treat, home-made Irish Cream is much cheaper and potentially more potent than any branded variety …. 

It will keep for a couple of days in the fridge, in a sealed container.

Instructions
  1. Whisk the condensed milk and chocolate topping together.
  2. Finely crush the instant coffee between two spoons. (or use a tablespoon of real, strong coffee if you have some handy)
  3. Add the coffee, coconut essence and whiskey to the condensed milk mixture. Whisk or blend really well.
  4. Whisk the cream through and pour into a serving jug.
  5. Serve over crushed ice. (or ice-cream!)
