  1. Preheat the oven to 180° and grease a 12 hole muffin tray, (or you can make 6 big muffins).
  2. Mix flour, vegetable oil, cinnamon and half of the apple juice. Slowly add more apple juice, and stir through until the batter is thick and gloopy.
  3. Stir through the apples and blueberries.
  4. Fill greased and buttered muffin tins with the batter and bake at 180° for about 25 minutes, until the muffins are really well browned. (Around 35 minutes if you bake double-sized muffins)
